Banquet Line Combo HF6 + HF6 is a fully insulated food holding & transportation trolley used to transport bulk food or plated meals.
This trolley has two completely independent, fully insulated, compartments. Both compartments are equipped with a convection heating system, which produces superior temperature uniformity throughout the inside each cabinet.
There are two temperature controllers that are completely user adjustable. Each compartment can be heated up to 90°C.
The Banquet Line ExP HF6 + HF6 trolley can accommodate a maximum of 12no. GN2/1 or 24no. GN1/1 (65mm deep) gastronorm containers.
This trolley is ideal for distributing large amounts of hot food from the main kitchen to off-site canteens; hospital wards, banqueting halls, outdoor event spaces & corporate hospitality suites.
The Banquet Line model strikes the perfect balance between food distribution capacity and external dimensions. The trolley has large food transport capabilities but it is also small enough to remain both lightweight & extremely manoeuvrable.
