Banquet Master H20 (Rational 201 SCC) is designed to conveniently hold & transport the roll in trolley from a Rational 201 SCC combination oven. After cooking the food in your combination oven, you simply roll the rack directly into the Banquet Master.

This trolley is equipped with a convection heating system (user controllable: up to 90°C), which produces superior temperature uniformity throughout the inside the cabinet.
The hot holding cabinet can easily be transported to the dining venue or banqueting hall ready for service.

The Banquet Master is ideal for distributing large amounts of hot food from the main kitchen to off-site canteens; hospital wards, banqueting halls, outdoor event spaces & corporate hospitality suites.
Please note that the combi oven rack is not included in the Banquet Master, it is supplied by the respective oven manufacturer.
