Ergo Line Combo CC6 + HS6 is a fully insulated food holding & transportation trolley used to transport bulk food or plated meals.
This trolley has two completely independent, fully insulated, compartments. One (convection heated) compartment is suited for hot food and the other (compressor cooled) compartment is suited for cold food.
There are two temperature controllers that are completely user adjustable. The hot compartment can be heated up to 90°C and the cold compartment can be adjusted between 3°C to 10°C.
This trolley can accommodate a maximum of 12no. GN1/1 (65mm deep) gastronorm containers.
This trolley is ideal for distributing hot & cold food from the main kitchen to off-site canteens; hospital wards, banqueting halls, outdoor event spaces & corporate hospitality suites.
Its lightweight, lean, profile is ideal for travelling along narrow corridors and in through smaller sized doors.
